As a girl myself I understand the struggle. I personally once cried because I was on a died but i really wanted a slice of cake that was in the fridge. I started crying and my boyfriend asked me why I was crying, I said -” I want Cake but I should not eat cake”. After around ten minutes of putting up with my whining, he gets up and gets me a slice. I looked at it for a couple of minutes and when I finally broke, I start eating the slice and as I do the intensity of my tears starts increasing. And now I’m crying a river on my plate of cake which quickly has more tears in it than cake, and he asks me again -” OK, I got you cake why the hell are you still crying?”. I reply-” Because this cake is too good”.
Hang in there ladies you are not alone. Have a slice of cake and don’t feel bad it will not get you fat in fact our bodies need extra energy during those times so give them what they need.
