The artist and photographer Martin Hill creates stunning sculptures using elements of nature, traveling around the world in search of the ideal and scenic places in which to place its installations. We can define the “environmental sculptures” that are always the same metaphor, the circle of life. Made with leaves, branches, ice and stone, the artist’s works are made in half, the other half is made up simply reflections of the natural elements in the water. The intent of Martin Hill is to turn awareness and help people to reflect on their relationship with natural systems, trying to find a way to better safeguard the nature and the pine forest that hosts us. Obviously, though composed of plant elements, installations Hill are removed as soon as the artist is able to photograph and this is really an example of land art and respect.
