Luong Thuy’s 31 Adorable Drawings of Her Relationship with Her Boyfriend

Luong Thuy, also known online as beisme08, is an illustrator who makes cute paintings about her romantic relationship with her lover. Despite the artist only beginning to produce her illustrations six months ago, she has already amassed over 56k Instagram followers, and it will be clear why once you see them.

“My relationship with my boyfriend serves as my main source of motivation. In an interview with votreART, Luong remarked, “The stories I illustrate are also stories about me. The artist claims that she has experimented with many various drawing techniques in the past but has ultimately come to prefer the simpler techniques. According to the artist, “I always strive to create with the simplest material so that everyone looking at it may quickly understand the story.”

Most importantly, I want to convey the happy memories I have of my boyfriend through the drawings. When people view my paintings, I also want them to be upbeat and optimistic, adds Luong. Some of my fans occasionally text me about their love lives or to confide in me about their issues. She tries to share her own experiences, even though she can’t always provide people the perfect advise, and says it makes her glad to know she helped people at least a little bit. Love makes life so much better, continued Luong.
