Guy Shows How Easily He Can Change His Body For Instagram Pics In Just A Few Minutes

By now you probably know that you should take everything you see on Instagram with a grain of salt. We already showed how fake some of the photos on the platform can be but YouTuber and bodybuilder Connor Murphy took it one step further by showing just how easily they are faked.

Most of us have seen ads for diet pills, teas or personal trainers that have incredible “before and after” photos of people. In many cases, professional bodybuilders take it to the extreme when preparing for competitions, even going as far as dehydrating themselves to achieve maximum aesthetics. Needless to say, we certainly don’t recommend you do that.
